Recorded on a cassette 4-trk, mixed on a Tascam 8 ch mixer, the only effects I had then were a Yamaha E-1010 delay and an SPX-90. The sampling, where present, was using only the SPX's sample function, and played manually, no midi, no sequencer etc. The bass I was playing at the time was a fretless $200 Yamaha, lol, oh my god, seriously. Drum kit as always, Leedy/Ludwig 1953. ANd here's another one for you engineers, the kick mic was a Shure sm77! (In re-mastering I did use a subharmonic synth, thank you Bill Laswell for the technique!). And for organ, a friend's 60's Acetone, holy crap this thing was cool. This was fun to make, the concept in keeping with Scientist releases. Re-Mastered from one of the cassette copies.
